This client are one of the UK's fastest growing consultancies with a local presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the main point of contact for a full team of staff who have questions, queries or issues with software and hardware within the business. Duties and Responsibilities: *1st line support*Logging new tickets and keeping existing tickets up to date*Acquiring updates from the IT Manager on any outstanding tickets and passing these on to internal staff members*Providing a quick first response to customers*Providing basic IT technical support, resolving tickets at the point of logging where possible*Setting expectations in terms of timescales and required actions*Providing technical services to set up new PCs and printers.
