This role is with one of our exclusive clients and a fast-growing and highly regarded food production operation with a major UK presence. We are seeking a an experienced Customer Service Agent to join this very busy team. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support. Key accountabilities for role: * Call handling and assigning to team members* Order processing* Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests* Identifying of order details using inhouse identification software* Accountable for the resolution of all complaints* Work with internal teams to support customer serviceKey skills: * Strong customer service experience with good initiative* Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships* Confident communication skills* Experience in working with a CRM system* Strong IT skills* Organised and methodical* The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.This is a great opportunity to join a great employer who offer the opportunity to work within a positiveculture and give genuine progression opportunities.
